Re: Z06 or C5 Calipers on a 72?
I remember reading a couple years ago about a guy that put a complete C5 suspension in and it was pretty sweet. It cost him somethin like 30 grand to do it. I think I read it in Custom Classic Trucks or Sport Truck.

I guess I am going to have to take the wheel off and get a c5 caliper from my buddy and see what all will have to be done. I figured someone had used maybe just a caliper.

It won't work. I got some c5 calipers and a basket and it would take way to much fabrication if you could ever make it work after that.

That would be a bear as well with the tranny in the rear on the C5 and all. Sure would be cool though!!

Re: Z06 or C5 Calipers on a 72?
You could come more near making the Front c5 calipers work on the back than on the front but that would look dumb with the stock calipers up front. My buddy is great with the torqe tube setup out of vettes, he has put them in a few 55's and a 55 wagon. I think it would cost a bit of cash to use this setup in one of our rides but it would be sweet as hell.
