What did you all get done this weekend?

Was going to take a 350 block to a speed shop out of town to be turned into a 383 but was informed at 11PM Friday night by my boss that I had to work Saturday. Today I had planned on trying to take it again and once again I was told to work! Now it'll be probably be later in the week before I can take it. The shop has all the parts on order so all they are waiting for is me.

I turned my longbed into a shortbed. Cut the back half off of a C10 frame and put it on my C20. Looks a little weird with the front wheels being 8 lug and rear 6, but over all looks great. Just need to have the driveshaft resized and hook up the breaks. Will also be be changing the whole truck over to 5 lug sometime this month.

Starting on Fri nite: Finished taking apart a long bed. Moved another truck into the barn to dismantle. Hit hard in front and has a good wood floor bed and 5 lug leaf spring rear end. Picked up 72 GMC Sierra Grande from mechanic w/rebuilt carb (runs great!!). Put new gas shocks on same truck. Cleaned shop. Dropped fuel tank in Jeep to get out bad gas...it's a long story!!! Washed and waxed my Vibe. Did my laundry. Played w/kids. Rode bicycle 30 miles. Pretty typical.
