I put in two 6x9's from infinity under my seats just mounted to a piece of wood painted black. No box needed for those and they are awesome!

Here is my speaker box. 3 tens sealed. Sounds very good!

Does your truck still have a fuel tank in the cab? I took mine out. I plan on putting 6x9's in boxes behind the seat, maybe a SMALL sub, an amp, and I got the kick panel speaker molded panel thingys you can put 6" round speakers in. I can't remember who it was, but someone had an AWESOME set up behind their seat that was posted a couple months ago. The truck was red, I think.

Probably Alex (ChevyDude) and his sweet system in Lil'Red. It's really nice.

yea i dont have the gas tank behind the seat no more got a fuel cell! but yea i just bought a 12" solor baric l 7 and was gunna build a box! so yea ne ideas and pics would help! thanks!

I haven't decided what to run yet. I am looking at a pair of 10L7 Kickers, but I am also thinking about going wicked high end since I went so ghetto on the outside.

Once I get the tank out of there and the dust settles from the air bag kit, I will build out the inside.

Something like this is what I have in mind. I would run the rear fill on the outside, but that's me.

While my truck has been in the shop, I've had LOADS of time to think. I'm running a ported box behind both seats, and extending into the center console... 2x 3" aero ports, one RE SX 12 on 1400 watts from a Kx2500.1 . Also plan on getting kick panels to house the 6.5 mids and highs.

Here's my box design.

2.2 ft^3 after sub and port displacement. Ported to 32 Hz.

will that fit behind ur stock seat? cuz thats wut im havin problems wit! im too close to the steering wheel! and the passengers knees are hittin the dash! lol so yea idk if im gunna swap out the bench seat and just put 2 buckets!
