It's usually tucked into the springs under the seat. It'll be a folded up piece of paper that is very fragile. Get a mirror and a flashlight and look around up under the seat. Others have found them tucked behind the gas tank.



This is what it will look like. This is off that 'Burb I parted out. I never did find the one for my Panel. Notice it was sent to Moore Motors in Coalville.
