I had it in nuetral to push out in driveway, no SHIFTER in it right now. Didn't feel like crawling back under truck to put in park. SO a brick works for the picks, LOL

OK not the right year, but with 11,000 lbs of rice on the bed. It was slammed pritty good. All that matters is it a CHEVY... All of you guys have great looking rides...

Hey, works for me. Back in high school I had my first '68. I ripped the parking tooth off the transmission in one of my "speed shifting" incidents. Also, the teeth were missing on the handle brake... so when I parked it at school I'd pull up to a spot and open the door. With foot on brake and right hand on steering wheel, I'd lean out and jamb a brick under the left front tire. In the afternoon I'd put the truck in D and move it forward enough in the parking space to just pick up my "parking brick" then back out and head home
