Suggestions?

I need to figure out a plan for getting new brakes on my truck. I want to do 4 wheel disc brakes eventually, but for now they are too expensive. So I am thinking of disks up front and drums in the back, does anyone know good disc brake sets i could buy online? I heard that CPP sells a kit for the front that comes with a set of drop spindles, but I dont't know how much that kit is. Any help is welcom

Re: Suggestions?

If money is an issue, and for me it always is, I would look for a 73-up donor to pull the front suspension off of. Better ride because of the rubber bushings, cheaper replacement parts and better availabilty.
Time verse money, which do you have more of.
Check out the parts for sale listings

Re: Suggestions?

If you go this route will the whole crossmember bolt up, or just the suspension?

Re: Suggestions?

I just used the later model spindles, steering linkage, and ball joints. You can keep your control arms.
