68 c10 stepside rear fender patches

Alright......I'm needing this board's help again. I am looking for rear fender patch panels for my 1968 C10 stepside. The lower, back part of the rear fenders are rusted out. It seems that this would be a common area that a patch panel is needed, but I can't find them anywhere. I see them for the fleetsides but not the stepside. I guess I could fabricate something, but with my minimal sheetmetal skills, I would rather try a patch. Any help out there ??

Your best bet is to go to a bodyshop and have them fabricate something for you.

Ya know, I thought the exact same thing, but nope, no stepside fender patches I have a REAL nice set of fenders, but they have a little rot in the bottoms. I'll probaby make my own someday, they are too nice (straight) to toss. I used a rust free set from oklahoma this time around.
