Not a sub expert, but I'd say it's a panel somebody cut windows in. Did have back seats?

I have a '52 panel with the same windows. Mine was done by a company out of Colorado that lengthened panels and added the windows for use as school buses and ambulances.

It looks like to me that is a 1 ton extended panel with windows added...........If you can get me the vin numbers I can tell you for sure................Look behind the front seat and see if the floor rises behind the seat. If it does then it was a panel..........If the floor rises almost 2 feet from the seat then it is a suburban..............Look how many lugs it has on the rear............8=1 ton panel 6=1/2 ton panel.....................Hemmit
