86 1/2 ton 4x4 chassis with missing spindles

I found an '86 half ton chassis that seems complete (with a thm400 and NP205!) except the seller says he removed the spindles for one of his projects. How diffifcult is it to locate in a bone yard and replace the spindles on the chassis? Straight axle setups are new to me , so be gentle!

Well finding a spare 10 bolt shouldnt be hard to do at all. Either identify the 10 bolt in a pile of front ends at your local yard, or go find a 1/2 ton Sub, Blazer, or 1/2 truck... They are EVERYWHERE> made that production run from '73-87 in trucks and blazers and subs went to 91, shouldnt be hard. Good luck

Thanks man, that's what I was hoping for. I'm getting the chassis in a few weeks, and so I can hunt down the spindles before hand so I can slap it all together in a few weeks and take it all home.

its not just 1/2t 10 bolts, ALL 10b fronts use the same spindle, which means the 3/4t.

also the EXTERNAL hub older d44 use the same spindle.

i have a set for $50 shipped with nuts.
