Cool Ever use the Tilt COLUMN SHIFT COVER from Speedway...

Has any of you ever used the "COLUMN SHIFT COVER"from Speedway Motors when converting a Tilt auto column to manual??

I'm getting the 1980 K10 Auto column I picked up ready to install and I just hesitate because I really don't want the shifter BUMP sticking out.

Let me know if it's a viable, and easy fix.

Thanks!

- Dave

Let me know what you find out. I'd like a tilt in my manual tranny truck.

Re: Ever use the Tilt COLUMN SHIFT COVER from Speedway...

I considered it a long time ago when I got rid of my column shifter. By the time that I decided to order it, I had found a good tilt column out of a manual tranny truck. So I never tried it.
