Question brake conversion

WOW this site has changed a bunch sense i was last on it.

anyway, i have a question concerning a buddy of mines truck.
he has a 69' LWB with a 454/th400. the front drum brakes leave alot to be desired. anyway what i was wanting to know, will the fron suspension components (upper/lower control arms, spindle. etc...) from a new say 85"surburban. i was under it the day and was looking and it all bolts up the same way as my 85'LWB C10. the reason i say suburban is because i think i can get my hands on all the components from a suburban. thnx in advance
BTW his is a 6 lug but evidently that dont matter to him, he said he will just get some more rims for it.

welcome back bigd !!

yep the arms and spindles and such will swap right over, same as pickup ones, uyse 73 up rods and ball joints, and he can get 2wd 6 lug rotors now for that.

good luck
