engine identification
Can someone identify this engine. The number on the engine is T0107HCR. I have tried matching it up to nastyz28 but I had no luck.

Well, I'll give some of it a shot
T= Tonawanda (the factory where it was built) 01= January 07= 7th day of the month and the only thing I can find that remotely fits the letter code are the following: HR= 350, 3 spd manual transmission HC= 350, 2 bbl carb I don't know if that's even close to correct, as far as the letter code goes, maybe someone else will be able to help. The engine is a v8 in a 1970. I may have to look at it again to make sure I got the number correct. This is a truck that would likely be good for parts only. I want a 350. The data plate indicates that it is but who knows if it has been switched. I know it has been converted to a automatic.
