Door Roll Up Windows

Ok, so i started putin the windows into my 66 c10 a couple hours ago and started finding plenty of problems. The guy i bought it from a few months ago had allready put in the felt seal on the door, and had assembled one of the vent windows. My first question is where can i find felt for the vent window slide rail? The rail is behind the vent window and is the slide for the big roll up window. Second, the felt on the bottom of the roll up window, does that seal on metal or glass? When i try to crank up the window, it stops and doesn;t go all the way up because the metal on the base of the window and the felt strips hit one another preventing any more movement. What do i do?
