I have (2) of these tanks!! Tanks are brand new!

They hold 45 gallons each and have 4 threaded holes for pickup, return and vent lines. They also have an opening for a universal sending unit.

Dimensions are as follows: 26in wide, 40in long, 12in high.

They are made from 10-gauge steel so you 4x4 guys would be hard pressed to damage them.

at 26in wide the tanks will fit inside the frame rails of our trucks yrs 60'-87" at least. as for length they may or may not be too long depending on model but since they are 10 gauge they are easily modified. These tanks would also work great for an in bed tank and look allot nicer than those ugly plastic ones that always leak.

If so desired I may consider doing any modifications you may want to the tanks as long as I am paid for my time. "I’ll pressure test before I ship as well"

I am going to the shop to measure my frame opening after this reply. I do not think this tank will work on a short frame from what i have read in other post. I have another 69 fleetside that I can measure the bed fit. I need a fuel tank now so I can proceed with my frame project. I want a tank I can mount to the frame if this is the route I go so all modifications are complete before painting the frame or get one for the bed.
I saw a sticker on one of the pictures, does it say who made the tank.

This one is to big to frame mount on my SWB. It does not leave enough room for the tool box above it, mounting in the bed. To bad I can not use it, like you said it is a good deal compared to what I have been looking at.

I thought they looked like side saddles for a larger truck. Like you said these would work well under a LWB 4WD or in the bed. I need a gas gauge that works, so ths tank would be a lot of extra work.
