poly blazer tank in swb- what do I cut?

do I have to cut the bed support in order to make the tank work

please post some pics of what you had to cut

before you say search, I spent 1.5 hours reading how cool stuff was but I did not see what I needed

Short answer is yes, you will have to trim the rear cross sill....How much I can't say.

I went through that first thread a few times

problem is that he has a wood floor and a metal tank.

what I want to know is where to cut for our trucks. yours is a metal bed floor right.

it seems to me that I will have to cut the rail on the bottom of the bed in the area where it actually bolts down to the bed

which of these holes are actually the mounting holes

the mounting holes should be on the bottom of the frame. You might have to make your own. Most of the ones that I have seen only had to notch the cross sill (2nd pic) but you might have to reinforce it then. The only direct bolt in tanks that I have seen are the ones from fuelcellguy.
