AC ducting into a non-AC cab & vice versa?

Hey guys!

Is it possible to install AC ducting into my truck, and have it work without switching the firewall stuff out yet, and install my truck's non-AC ducting into an AC truck?

My buddy is picking up an 80 2wd 3/4 ton that has a far nicer interior than my truck has, and he has offered to let me grab whatever I want and swap it around during the winter in exhange for storing it at my place until he is ready to use it next summer for a painting company he is starting.

I'm also grabbing the beautiful seat, door panels, and if I can make it fit my high hump cab, the carpet too

AC is one of the very last options my truck doesn't have, but I'd prefer not to hack the heck outta his firewall... to get it for my truck, lol

Thanks!

Russ
