How hard is it to replace the vent window seals? I ordered new ones with rivet kit. I received the rubber but the rivet kit was backordered. While I am waiting for it to arrive I thought would ask how to do it. Thanks.

Do one at a time so you can look at the other one to see how the spring assy goes back together... not 100% intuitive, not for me at least. Wait until the rivets are in before installing the big felt window runner on the window side - the rivets are kind of too small for a human to get them through felt, metal AND rubber. I ruined a felt channel by gluing it in first and couldn't force the rivets in far enough to have them come out the other side.

Also - take the time to make sure the rubber is fully seated in the forward part, where it makes the ~60 deg corner and the rubber is real thick.
