What are these brackets?

Ive got some brackets from a parts truck and I dont know what they are for. Can anyone identify these?

brown one top middle is a throttle cable bracket that bolts onto back of carb.
Little rectangle part with the slots on both ends is part of the emergency brake, goes inside the rear brake drum.

The other I do not know....
