I have a 72 that already had a camaro tach installed, but there is no wires hooked up, i found the wire going from the hei to the tach, but what does the other wire hook to? Is it a ground?
Thanks David

Re: camaro tach hook up?
The back of the tach should be labeled. There should be one labeled 12V another labeled coil and then one for the ground.

Re: camaro tach hook up?
I have a camaro tack setup that this man used to build a lot of them. My brown wire goes to the tack on hei. My red goes to fuse box that is hot when key is on. Hope this helps.
