quad. question

fellas how much warpage is alllowed on the airhorn. i'll draw file it but i just wanted to know how much is allowable. and can i do away with the secondary lock lever.

I guess you are meaning warped as in where it bolts up. I figure as long as it doesn't leak, it will be ok. And yes, you can remove the lockout tang. All this is for is to keep the secondaries from opening until the engine is warm. Sometimes these things will stick and not let the secondaries work at all. I always remove mine.

thanks man. i am building this sucker from the ground up. and if you read this. how much play is allowable in the throttle shafts?
