transfer case insulators
Does anyone know where to get rubber (not urethane) insulators for the transfer case mount on a '72 blazer? GM part no. 2391770 and 2391771.
Thanks, Bob |

Re: transfer case insulators
several years ago when i put a 205 in my 69 shortbed, i ended up using motor mount rubbers from a 55-56 chevy passenger car V-8. had to shave them a little but they worked fine.

Re: transfer case insulators
I found some of the GM parts left over in a warehouse in Alabama about a month ago. Im sorry I don't remember which dealership. Find a freindly parts guy that can search the GM database, there are still a few out there under a nice coat of dust. By the way, I didn't end up buying the mounts I found. I plan on going with the Urithane.
