Which company is best?
What your people's thoughts on Early Classics Enterprises and Year One? I just received both of their catalogs, as well as LMC. I keep hearing LMC is crap when it comes to patch panels and weatherstripping. just trying to get an idea. It also sounds like GMCPaul is also good a place to go.
Thanks in adavanced for your responses. |

well the lowest prices I have seen are here http://www.truckandcarshop.com/truck...t60_cover.html
but you will get more professional and knowledgable service from the board vendors!

Re: Which company is best?
I would stay away from lmc but the others are good to deal with I would not say one is better than the other.

Re: Which company is best?
Year One.....WAY too high prices......The Truck and Car Shop for best prices. But, like c10crazy said, they are not to knowledgable on the parts. Like talking to a wall. Still I've bought most of my parts from them. Saved a lot of money doing so.....

Re: Which company is best?
Please check the return policies from any vendor first before ordering. Most all will replace a defective or wrongly ordered part, but if you get a part and just don't like the looks of it, or happen not to need it any more, some will not return thoose parts at all, some will if you pay a restock and shipping, some you just have to pay shipping and there are a few that will pay shipping for you even if you changed you mind. Big differences there. I'm not tooting LMC's horn here but IIRC they will return items up to six months, but you pay for the intial shipping plus return shipping unless defective.
And here is a quote from Mothertruckers web site : Returns are 100% money back including shipping both ways if not happy with your parts. An incorrectly ordered part is only refunded the part cost not the shipping.

Re: Which company is best?
I have had good luck with LMC, and their shipping isn't too bad, either. GMC Paul is very good, and so is Brother's.
