patch panel replacement order
I am replacing the floorboards, rocker panels, kick panel, rocker box, rear door jamb, and lower front quarter on my 2wd blazer. Which order should I reinstall the panels?

Re: patch panel replacement order
Work from the inside out. Start with your floor and go from there, kick panel, rocker panel, rocker box, rear door jamb and then lower front quarter section last. Make sure you keep the body on the frame and the top on if you havent already removed it. Install the door before final rocker and quarter panel patch fit to make sure everything lines up. Good luck to you.

Thank you I am going to need a lot of luck to get this one done. Im thinking it would have been a better idea to replace this stufff before i lowered it to the ground.

Re: patch panel replacement order
My preference would be to replace the leading edge of the rear quarter & the rear door jam as these items are critical to the strength and rigidity of the "B" pillar. Once this is done, you can do the other sections--inside out--with no issue of door alignment. Make sure you do any and all of this with the hardtop in place which will help keep the body straight--ie windshield frame/fire wall to rear tub alignment. Your door alignment ie the front - door edge to fender and rear--door edge to rear quarter must be equal from top to bottom--vertitcal.

Should I have the front clip on when I do this?
