Noob w/ a 72
Just picked up a non-running 72 SWB Fleetside a couple days ago. Some great info here. I plan on a 3/5 drop w/ 20" Torque thrurst II's. Supposed to be an original BB SWB, has a 327/700r4 in it now. Should be up and running in a couple of days.....hopefully all is well w/ the drivetrain.

Re: Noob w/ a 72
Thanks for the warm welcome. Got it running today, but, I've decided to pull the motor to do some detail work under the hood. So, it might be a few weeks before this thing is driveable again. I have found these trucks to be very easy to work on. A standard socket set and wrenches is all it takes!
