bolt on efan setup for 86?

Been trying to find a decent efan setup. Have seen some for newer and older trucks, like on classicheartbeat.com
Anyone using efans on their 73-87? Don't know off hand what size radiator I have, would have to look, I know I just replaced it a few months ago. Anyway, just seeing if anyone had some ideas. I'd prefer NOT to use the $400 setups that I have to make my own brackets or "zip" tie the fans to the radiator

I have the one that LMC sells. I have only had it a few weeks, so it's too early to tell if it is going to do the job. The true test will be next July and August when the Texas heat kicks in. But for now it seems to be doing OK.

I think it cost around $120.

i just got this setup put in about an hour ago. It cost about 120 dollars. I got the aluminum shroud from summit and the fans from ebay, and its a dual 12 inch setup. I had a dual fan setup off of an 01 impala with 13 inch fans and these two 12's seem to blow alot more air, so im not worried about them being able to cool my 350.

I mounted two 11" SPAL fans on my truck, with the use of some aluminum flat millstock strapping from the hardware store. I used the factory radiator/fan shroud brackets on the top.

I've used the Spal fans before as well. They work good and if you get their progamable thermostat controller you can set the temps for the high and low speed. Pretty cool deal.

I liked them enough that I also mounted them on my 91 Silverado, the picture above is on my 84 GMC. I actually picked up 1 MPG by getting rid of the factory fan and fan clutch. That adds up to a lot in this period of time. The truck warms up faster in the winter and idles better without the fan on the water pump.

I am also planning on using them on the 68 streetrod truck as I build it.
