Very nice truck! I am "green" with envy! Great options on a 4x4. It will have to go without tow hooks, though, because I have checked and there are no more in America!

My 72 K-10 is 505 dark green. I love that color. Whats the difference between a no-spin and a posi? And is m49 a th400?

it's got a turbo 350 in it. i was under it earlier today changing gas hoses and it also has a factory skidplate on the transfer case. changed all the fuel hoses and the fuel pump and it fired up

i believe a no spin is a version of the detroit locker but i'm not positive.it's kind'a ugly as far as the paint-faded really bad. the only rust i found is on the driver side under the sill plate but it's not too bad. everything else looks solid. tach works, tilt is tight, couldn't get any noise out of the radio so i'll have to check it out. still not sure if i'll keep it or sell it--i don't need four 72 3/4 ton 4x4s, at least that's what my wife says,lol

Jerry, you might as well sell it and send it east. You know you have to keep the wife happy. If my memory is right I think that is how the truck came up for sale anyway. LOL. Besides I don't have any 3/4 ton 4wd in my collection. I might even be able to dig up a set of tow hooks for it some where out here. Sounds like a nice truck.Bill

i told a couple of local people $2500.oo and both are going to come look at it, both seem real interested. i pulled the skidplate off-- just in case it does sell i'll put it on one of my other trucks. it also has what looks to be dealer add-on cruise control, all the brackets look like they were made specifically for this truck but the control is in the turn signal lever,so ????? the motor is an 89 TBI with early style heads.
