I was messing around with the CSK parts site looking for rolling tool tray. I decided to look up small block Chevy motor mounts. You can order and pay on-line $3.19/each. If you walk in off the street you pay $5.00/each. That is a significant discount. I will checking all my standard parts this way for now.

Heater core was $29.99 vs. $33.00 at the counter. I will take the discount whenever I can get it. If you spend $50...shipping is free.

If you give them the price from a competitor that's cheaper they beat it by five percent also.

Thanks stllookin, hay its also advanced auto parts to. Cool. We just started getting them around here. They look to be like autozone but a he!! of alot better. I need to find a new parts store because oreillys is starting to go down hill like autozone.

I like Advance much better than Autozone. They used to be called Discount Auto Parts around here.

The little old lady at Advance Auto knows more than the young guys at Autozone up the street from my house in Manassas.

We have checkers about every 10 blocks here in Utah...and an Autozone or PepBoys sprinkled in between. Oh yeah...and a few NAPAs altogether.

The help all depends on which one you go to. Some dummies and some good ones in each one.

The CSK online is actually a different company than the stores....whole different CEO/buyers etc. Most companies do it that way...just like Best Buy, Compusa and the bunch.
