You mean the one that looks like this but the white face? There was a guy selling them on ebay not too long ago. I like the black, it reminds me of the old Dixco tachs...

The ones I ordered are Black faced, they look kinda blue in the pic but they're Black.

no, the tach i am refering to was a typical autometer unit, but they had the mooneyes logo on them. They discontinued it in '04.
When I was there last spring, I asked the chick if they had any left overs laying around... they had marked them down to something like 45 bucks just a couple months before.

I looked at the Moon"Sun" copy and broke down and picked up a 50s era NOS Sun 5,000 RPM tach "Red Football" dial that cost me 2 bills and now I send it off for retrofit to HEI or other High voltage ignition. It will be plug and play and will not the sender like back in it's day.
Bound to look cool on the column in Cecil!!! 69 K-20 with 67 front clip!!!! 383 too! |
