maybe a dumb question...

I inherited some 3rd seats out of my buddies '03 tahoe and they are folded over and for the life of me, I can't get them to unfold. They are the 2 buckets from the 3rd seat position and I have been storing them for my friend for about a year and needless to say he sold the truck and we forgot about these seats till I was cleaning out my storage the other day. Well, he gave them to me for storing them for him and I just want to sell them but I can't take a good picture of them unless I can get them to open back up. There are a few levers on them marked 1 and 2, but no amount of pushing or pulling seems to get them to open back up. Any ideas?

See where #2 lever is? It has to "think" that it's in the locked down position, push in on the rear seat lock clamp(left of the #2) and the #2 lever should push down at the same time. Then #1 can be lifted and the seat back raised... not sure if that makes since but I can take pics if you need.

Got the seats open, so now I was wondering what I should ask for a price on these? They are like new!
