That is a sweet truck. I like those type of trucks with the old paint. They just look cool.

I'm trying to create a background and I needed a URL for a pic, I couldn't just use one from my computer.

Re: Don't look

I saw this in another post before and I thought the same thing. I think it looks really neat the way it is. Kinda like you are slowly building her up, but in no real hurry. Not even sure that I would take it to the paint shop.....ever.

Re: Don't look

I agree I like this look as well. I bought my friends dads old truck that has been in a barn since 1970 up untill last month. I know it is a ford but I figure a few years of out side weathering and it should be ready to get back on the road as a shop truck. Just drop in a chevy motor and re-do the inside and drive it as is but about 12" lower

Well the flattie goes back to the guy I got the truck from. 6/8 drop would work with a mustangeII front end, ford 9", AOD and if the budget allows a 4.6 cobra to keep the flattie look. A set of steel wheels with thin white walls will be instore with a company destressed logo on the doors. Body stays as is but a few years down the road it will get a full treatment.
