Noisy Alternator
While I was checking out the motor mount I noticed that my alternator was making some louder than normal clicky noises. Is this normal?

Alternators are really not clicky noise kind of things. They will have a real small amount of noise that comes from the electrical field being genreated, but if it is clicking, there is a small chance of something being caught in it, or a diode wire being broken. Then again maybe a bearing getting dry and worn. There is a decision pathway here, "Run to Failure", or "Replace Now", or the final one, "Tear it apart and find the trouble".

After reading your reply and thinking about it I believe that could be a bearing going out. Looks like its time to get the 94 amp alternator installed
