Bumper ?'s
So, I have an ugly step bumper on the rear of my truck. I am wanting to put a sport bumper on. Will I need to buy new brackets or is it likely that the ones I have will work?

Re: Bumper ?'s
You'll probably need new brackets. All the one's like that I've seen have been welded to the bumber.

Re: Bumper ?'s
There was an old step bupmper on my truck but it went all the way up to the wheel wells and screwed on there as well. I believe that the brackets for it were welded on to the bumper.

Re: Bumper ?'s
Yup, you will need new brackets, just look at the underside of your bumper and you whould see that the bumper that you have has the brackets welded directly to the bumper,
Hey, is that really chrome or just painted that way?
