Winshield wiper arm installation?
I am reinstalling my winshield wiper arm assembly ( part that goes under the cowl) one arm has an "a" stamped and the other has a "k" stamped on it.
Can this part be put on backwards or does it matter? I forgot to mark the piece before I removed it during disassembly. thanks for any input.

Re: Winshield wiper arm installation?
I don't know if they can go in backwards or not but I reassembled mine this past weekend and one of the arms have a bent up tit on the end. I put that one on the drivers side on the top of the other arm (tit pointing up). I guess the tit helps keep the clip in place or something. This probably doesn't make heads or tails but mine work fine. Besides, my neighbor has a 72 and his is put together this way also.
