Is this blazer worthy of being rated for mall crawling?
Its a DD for a bit, if you dont drive them, things go wrong, so while the car is on the fritz, she's been daily driven for the last week. Stuff is slowly bt surely getting fixed. I have heat now, the choke no longer sticks, the guage panel has light s now.... THe 15" wide 36's were eating too much gas, we will see if it improves any with skinnier meats Last edited by masterbeavis; 12-17-2006 at 03:14 PM. |

I thought that those little tires looked a little out of place

Re: Is this blazer worthy of being rated for mall crawling?
4.57. I wont really know what I save exactly, the odometer quit working and I never bothered fixing it. If I am lucky, I will get 1-2MPG more, but I will have to cruise at a slightly slower speed to keep out of the secondaries.
Mall crawling is an expression for a poseur 4x4, one that doesnt have a front driveshaft, would never go off road, and probably has never had the 4WD engaged. You go to the mall to do your wheeling |

Only way it would look better is if it was crawling up a curb!

Re: Is this blazer worthy of being rated for mall crawling?
My wife's '04 Explorer 4x4 is a mall crawler. It goes to grocery stores, preschool, shopping malls, outlet malls. The only time it goes in 4wd is if/when she bumps the 4x4 BUTTON by accident.

Re: Is this blazer worthy of being rated for mall crawling?
my wife takes her Tahoe approx 1/3 mile to the preschool which is actually closer if you walk through the back yard! I guess that would be a "mall crawler"
