Here is the pic of the inside bearings. I took the best meaurement that I could. Look s to be somewhere between 1 5/16 or 1 3/8 on an inch inside bearing diameter. Let me know if you need more measurements. I have a Dana 44 1/2 axle that I can see if they fit over the spindle if you want.

Here is the 1/2 ton spindle and backing plates...I removed the six nuts that hold it on...

then placed the 3/4 ton spindle right onto the axle... all you need to do is removethe large nut that holds the spindle on, install spindle and your backing plate, rotors and lug nuts.... and you are there,.,, A dana 44 1/2 ton turned into a Dana 44 3/4 ton in an afternoon.
