If you are talking about the code stamped on the front pass side of the engine. The 'C" stands for car, "T" is for truck.

That's a car motor, don't have my books in front of me but truck motors start with T and car motors after I think 70 start with a C.

1970 to 1975 Chevrolet by the Numbers, by Alan Colvin, page 58 says "CGJ" suffix code is a 1971 passenger car 350 CID with 245 HP and TH350 or TH400tranny. Could be police or taxi.

CJG is a 69 402 from Camaro 325 HP. RPO is L-35 with a TH-400 trans and 4-Brl carb. that is a good one to have.
