DC truck parts

Dc truck parts in Vancouver Washington. Anybody heard of them or used them? Seen them as I was driving home from a womens house last night and was wondering if anybody on the board has had a good or bad experience.

Yes, I've been there a few times, lots of good parts, & a shop that can work on your truck too, the guy has been into 67-72's for a while now.

Re: DC truck parts

He's a friend of a neighbor, stopped by and looked at my trucks, visited with him for a while. Not had the opportunity to do business with him but, after meeting him I will definitely check with him befor buying any parts.

Re: DC truck parts

Yea, I will too, he has alot of usable parts in stock, so I definely want to give him some business if I can. It's really nice to have a local shop that specializes in our type of vehicles.

Re: DC truck parts

I had to buy a part from him 2 weeks ago that no one else had in stock. He's a great guy and has some interesting projects in his shop. Been in the parts business for at least 5 years that I know of. He's on this board occasionally too.

I have heard of him, but not had the chance to go in yet. I have only heard of good things about them.

Re: DC truck parts

I will have to check him out. What does he carry? OEM/Aftermarket/Used? I know there used to be a guy near Gresham years ago that advertised in the Nickel Ads for all 67-72, but his prices seems out of control at the time.

Re: DC truck parts

I've seen great used & new stuff in there, not a pretty showroom or anything, but who cares as long as there's a local guy that has the stuff we need when we need it.

Re: DC truck parts

I bought parts from him once.Seems like a stand up guy. As someone said in an eariler post, his showroom is not high dollar but tht's even better in my book cause that means he knows what he's talking about first hand & not just some linf BS the parts supplier has fed him.

Re: DC truck parts

Ill have to stop in there then. Im getting really tired of ordering parts online and dealing with the hassle on when there gonna show up. I seen on his sign that they deal in used parts also so thats a plus. Hows his prices on new stuff?

Ive dealt with Dans classics in portland and their a bunch of great guys but seems like everytime I go in there they have to order the parts and by that time Im paying almost twice what I would if I ordered it online.
