Heres what I got done. All windows put in, power windows installed, power locks partially done, tailgate cables finished, bumpers installed, grill chrome put on, and some more wiring.

The power windows were a major PITA. It took me a good hour to figure out that there was a third track on the inside of the door. I need to do a little adjusting on the window trim to help the glass slide smoother, but it works pretty good once its in. I used the A1electric setup. Ill try and get some pics as soon as I can, although I dont know if it will help much.

Re: Little progress over break..

Great looking truck. Could you provide some more info on the power windows and locks. I am looking at doing the same to my truck. I really like the cables on the tailgate too. What year are they from?
