What do you think?

I have a chance to buy a 69 K/5 that my dad used to own for 650 bucks. It has a rebuilt tranny, auto NP205, cst package, swing away spare tire carrier, beautiful black interior, and rally wheels. It also comes with two new front fenders, rockers, and he said half quarter patch panels for the bed. My dad owned this in the mid 90s, and was thinking about buying it back. Does anyone know if they produce bed sides or half of bed sides for blazers like he said? thanks

Re: What do you think?

I'd jump all over that, for $650? Yes, I'm pretty sure you can get bedsides for those, but don't quote me on that. Good Luck, bring 'er home!

Re: What do you think?

They reproduce pickup bedsides, but you can make them work. Bring that thing home where it belongs.

Re: What do you think?

Not if you didn't pay a deposit, and for that price I would say the purchase price. If you did not give the guy a deposit and left the seller has to assume your not coming back and sell it to the first person that gives him money for the agreed price. That would be cool if you did get it.

Re: What do you think?

that Blazer tub side(?) is a good price.I know of a set of N.O.S. 'burb sides that were purchased for $800.00 each and the buyer knows he got a steal.
