Depending on what you want to do with it. Check out http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com for a good comparison of different products and the pros/cons of roof material vs. products like Dynamat. Stuff like that will "work", but you get what you paid for.

I have used and installed this same stuff on my truck. I can't compare to using dyno mat, but it seemed like it quitted things down a bit. The stuff is pretty cheap too, I would definatelly recommend it for the doors, I could notice a hugh improvement on this part.

I have also installed it on the floorboards. If you are wanting to do the stuff on a budget, this is the way to go. Also, if you are installing it on a cold day, get a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the rubber backing of the stuff. It is pretty sticky stuff, but once you get the rubber coating heated up, it strengthens up the stickness of the stuff.
