Exclamation 1964--72 aux battiey box on drivers side

i've been looking for one cus i do a lot of hualing and don't want it on the same side as the other one that is on the passanger side any one know who makes them for them years

I dont think they are avaliable new. I have seen them come up from time to time in the classifieds.

The aux. battery tray is the same as the original one on the passenger side. It's the side brackets that are different. It wouldn't be difficult to make custom side brackets.

I need to get one myself. I know for later models they are available because I have installed a few back in my stereo days. I would guess that making some minor changes would be easy enough to do.

i know i have more pics ,i'll keep looking . i took some before i took the clip apart to put in storage , so i could remember how it all went back together. this was '70 1 ton with a big a** camper .sorry , its not for sale .

Scott's Super Trucks in Penhold Alberta has then new. He repops them himself. I spent a bunch of time drawing the side plates in AutoCad and ran a few test pieces in aluminum on our cnc router. I still need to get the bend allowances right but the rest of the layout is dead on. One day I'll finish it up and run a few on my neighbors cnc plasma.
