Looks better already. Did they have a braided line for the PVC hose? That would look good.

I don't know if he has a PCV valve inside it, I kind of doubt it. My thought would be that he needs to throttle down on his vacuum line to the carb a little by installing a PCV valve, not using a straight cap. The motor that I have above has caps on the valve covers, but they are billet and there is a PCV valve inside the one cap connected to the carb base.
