pics of my truck

my 1969 chevy c10
I am goning to lower it 5/5 and put smoothies on. maybe go with a flat black color. not sure also gonna go with a 355/350 powertrain combo. I am learning on the fly and not much of a welder/mechanic. we'll see how this goes.

some changes already made. the front and rear bumper are off and gone. the push bumper is off, and in a closet somewhere. its been lowered already. I will post new pics later.

All this done in a garage where the truck would not fit in with the bumpers on. now I have 2 inchs in the front and 3 in the rear of clearance

Question,
When I look at your rear view picture of your truck, It looks like the bed sits a little high on the Passenger side toward the tailgate. Reason I ask is my Longhorn does that also. I can't figure out why other then what type of mounts the prior owner used for the under carrage.
Respectfully

Re: pics of my truck

Good luck on the lowering and flat black looks good on these trucks, but mine is fading to gray.

some of the mounts on that side are rust away or gone. also the coil spring on the driver's side was a little better off than the passengerside. that spring had sprung its best days
