Post Instrument guages

Has anyine done complete instrument panel guage retrofit using AutoMeter or VDO guages? How'd you do it, What sizes? Thanks

I did it with autometer gauges and it worked
great. I had 5 in monster tach and spedo
and used 2 5/8 fuel level, oil press, water
temp, and volt. and i made a flat filler to
go in the center hole and driled a smaller
hole in the filler to hold the shiftlight.
all gauges were electric which eliminated all
sending units and spedo cable and all you
have to do to remove the cluster is to unplug
1 connector. since then the cluster was stolen out of my truck all that is left is
shattered plastic from where they pryed it out of the dash. I am now looking into the nolimit engenering dash unit.
