Exclamation ok need HELP quick PLEASE

ok so i just rewired the truck with a painless kit as most of you know if you seen my pix and posts now im having a over charging prob i had to get a new alternator and started and the batt is good so basicly its all new

now when i hooked my Voltage regulator back up it seems like its over charging since it blew out my headlights and makes my gaue lights like Hyperwhite now with i unplue the wire from the alternator that goes into the F spot i belive on the reugulator

then the lights and stuff dim the rpms will go up a lil now wheni plug it back in then rpms go down and everything gets brighter now also when im at idle they are kinda dim but when i accelarate they get brighter how can i fix this?

I dont want to go buy new lights tomorrow then blow them as well

Make sure the regulator has a good ground by checking with an ohm meter. If the ground is not the problem then it is likely that you have a defective regulator.
