Where is the best place to get a radiator for a cheap price.... need a 4 row with trans cooler!!!

I work at a radiator shop. Our prices from Modine(Proliance) just increased on Jan. 1 2007... But I can dropship you one straight from Modine for 195.00 plus shipping (about $10.00 - $12.00)
This is Genuine Modine 4 row with trans cooler part # 433369. Call me days 8am - 5pm MT at 605-381-5430 or 605-341-6634 I would have to have you pay with credit card or Money Order...

I went with Rad doctor and there was a small fitment problem that was over come and it will over heat with ac on in summer going slow through town. Once I get up to speed and it will run proper temp. I dont know if that is a rad problem or not.
I am also looking for one for my current project. I am always looking to save a buck myself but I am not sure the rad is the place to skimp unless your pretty confident of the product as I am now having second thoughts about buying the one I did. Quote:

I bought one from Radiator.com. It worked fine. I think it was in the 150 range.
But I wish I had known about 67 cst swb connection. I probably would have gone that route.

That describes an airflow problem instead of a cooling system problem. You might want to install a shroud if you don't have one in place. You might want to check the fan clutch as well. Might be a perfect reason to go with an electric fan setup.

Ask any parts shop for a rad for the next body style of trucks (73+). That's where mine is from. It fits fine and I believe it's four core. I do know it has a tranny cooler (I don't use it, but it has it).

If I remember correctly. As long as the core width is the same, the 73-79 (and maybe newer) work in our trucks. The only real difference is the lower hose outlet is straight, where our 67-72 are angled up at about 45 degrees. It just makes it a tight fit along the top of the framerail. But I do believe the same hose works.
someone who has done this may be able to verify this, or correct me...

I went the Modine route. I got it from a local shop when I lived in Colo. Springs. It was about the same price as 67 CST SWB. No problems.

I have an aftermarket 4 row in my 69 and ran into shroud fitment probs. The fact shroud will not bolt up to my new rad. I have it plastic tied in place temporarily until I can resolve this. Others have had same experiences. See this thread.
