New (used) rims for my truck

I bought some used 17" Billet Specialties rims from alnshan here on the website, just thought i'd throw up some pics. They are 17 by 10's in the front and 17 by 12's in the back. They are kinda a 90's style rim, but in mint shape and look awesome when moving. Thanks again alnshan!

Re: New (used) rims for my truck

not right now. i was just using up a film and only had a few pics left. They are wide tho. They have 315/35/17's in the rear. Prolly could go a 335/35/17 if i wanted someday.

Re: New (used) rims for my truck

my friend at school has the same rim design on a similar platform 81-87 truck (same stance). I think these trucks look good when the fine line is reached between lowering and sidewall height.

Re: New (used) rims for my truck

I took some more recent piks of this truck after lowering it a lil more and with my winter rims on so i thought i'd post em up.

The first few piks are after i lowered the front another 2". The second pik i just aired out the rear bags. I ended up raising the truck back up cuz i was hitting my lower controls (at least until i get my sectioned x-member installed and bagged)

The last two piks are just with my winter rims on. I had these laying around and thought i'd paint and clean them up a little. They are 15 by 7's and 15 by 10's. I need to get some matching tires and trim rings but other than that these wagon wheels look pretty decent on these trucks. (look, my dog is color matched to the truck lol)

Re: New (used) rims for my truck

Very good looking truck for sure. I like the way the two-tone is done. The wheels are a great addition also!

Just flip the tires to black walls and no one will know the difference. I had to look twice to find the dog. Did you paint the dog to match the truck, or the truck to match the dog?....
