flywheel interchange

I'm looking at putting in a 250 in my truck and was wondering if the 292 flywheel will work. I know many of these parts interchange but just wanted to verify. thanks guys.

No sir, the 292 flywheel will not work with the 250. the 230/250 flywheel is a swap with 1st gen smallblock V8's (all but the 400 sb).....also 366-427 BB's. Best of luck, L

I had someone tell me they used a 250 flywheel on their 350 chevy. Hmm.
