Other carburetor manufacturers have tried to copy the Quadrajet but none has been very successful. If the Quadrajet wasn’t a great carburetor, no one would have copied it.

In it's time the Rochester Qjet, was a good carb and very verstile. The Carter model of the same carb was crappy, to say the least. However, the carb has come to it's end, apparently. Since it is getting hard to find supporters of it. There are some individuals that are great at making the carbs come to life and do the things that it should do, then there are those that wish they could.
