69 c10 a good purchase?
I have the opportunity to purchase a 69 shortbed non-stepside c10 from somebody that restored it and lost interest. It had a frame off restoration about 7 years ago and was restored to original. it has a 350 w/ factory A/C and tach. It has been sitting in his driveway for the last 3-4 years not moving. He wants $4000. Do you think that this is a good purchase? I would like to get it back to respectable shape. Is this a good investment? Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: 69 c10 a good purchase?
Pictures would help out... I paid $2200 for my shortbed, with a 350, 3 on the tree, pretty straight and not much rust... but it runs good

Re: 69 c10 a good purchase?
A big HOWDY from Wallburg, NC. A frame-off resto 7 years ago should still be in pretty good shape. You should see mine...last time it had a frame-off anything was 38 years ago...hahahhahahah

Re: 69 c10 a good purchase?
Welcome from Oklahoma need pics. In Oklahoma where these era trucks are everywhere seems high, but must see condition of truck. A Truck like mine will go for 6,000 to 7,500 in Oklahoma and its a lwb. Was frame offed also within last 5 years and complete.
